My experience leading mechanical engineering teams has reinforced the importance of technical proficiency, especially in CAD design and modeling software. Working on large-scale projects like the Al Haram expansion, I utilized tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Revit to create precise maintenance plans and streamline workflows, ensuring reliability and efficiency in operations. This hands-on experience taught me that mastering technical tools is essential to meet the demands of complex projects and to anticipate potential challenges in the design phase.

BIM relies on deep technical expertise, from mastering software like AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks to understanding the technical standards & building codes that guide modern building design. It’s the foundation for accurate modeling and coordination. As AEC professionals, we need to update our knowledge over time as new automation and AI tools emerge to minimize our repetitive work pressure. In case of myself, I face new challenges with each project and try to learn from them.
