Here we go with Gen Z again. (Get used to it, right?) If we accept how data-exposed and data-consuming (or "digital," anyway) Gen Z's are, we should grant this article's findings and conclusions. Gen Z's don't play hunches, trust their gut, or make intuitive decisions as frequently or confidently as their predecessors. The conclusions compel. And that goes for recruiting and hiring Gen Z's!
