If you use ChatGPT or Claude regularly, here’s a tip that will save you serious time: Use a text expander. On macOS, I use Typinator (TextExpander works too). For Windows, check out Espanso or AutoHotKey—both are free and open-source. Here’s how I use them: ➡ I save the entire system prompt or structured query as a snippet. ➡ Then I assign it a short trigger like ;agent or ;summarize. ➡ Now I can drop a full prompt into ChatGPT without digging around or copy/pasting from somewhere else. When you don't need a full-fledged project, this can save you a ton of time. I also keep my prompt library in Drafts (macOS) so I can tag, organize, and track changes.
