About us
Teamshares Inc. is an employee ownership platform for small business, driven by proprietary software, education, and financial products. Its mission is to create $10 billion of new wealth for employees through stock ownership. The company buys traditional small businesses from retiring owners to make them 80% employee-owned within 20 years, and provides the companies with new leadership, financial education, equity management software, and financial products. Teamshares is the market leader for small business employee ownership, with 90 companies acquired to date. The result is a network of financially durable companies that never have to be sold again—to the benefit of retiring owners, employee owners, companies, and local economies alike. Founded in 2019, the company has 140 employees across the U.S. and Canada.

Approaching the end of our first full year together as an employee-owned company, I often reflect on this special time leading Stahl through so many exciting developments. This uniquely rewarding experience has been the most meaningful of my career so far, and I look forward to starting another year with our team!
During this year's Holiday Party, our hardworking team had the opportunity to earn tickets which could be entered to win a selection of gifts (mostly purchased from The Home Depot!). A major part of working for an employee-owned company like Stahl is the chance to learn more about our business & feel more directly tied to (and proud of) the results. Whether acing the Business Quiz or competing in various small games, the tickets were flowing and everyone went home with something new. Grateful to be part of the Teamshares network of employee-owned small businesses!
