Projects

As a team of three we developed the initial script into a short film. The film hits on topics of race, discrimination and privilege in today's society. Every aspect of the film from pre-production to the film premiere was in our hands as a team. The film was created in a one semester class.

  • The Masters Championship Brunch

As a team we planned and executed a themed event with a reception and four course dinner. The event was themed after the Masters Championship Golf Tournament. We sold tickets to the event to get our budget to do decor, food, entertainment and take away gifts. This project was two semesters long.

  • Hershey Destination Services Project

    -

As a group of 5, we proposed a mock weekend event for a company at Hershey. We made weekly calls to our "client" in order to get an idea of what they wanted for their weekend. From those calls we planned their welcome dinner/reception, spousal activities, an awards ceremony, and daily team building activities. This project was a good way to learn how to qualify a client and plan an event.
