Why are TA still struggling to secure budget. To increase revenue, Sales & Marketing get an uptick, and 6-12 months to perform. But to improve your talent pipeline, you need to do that with 5-10% less, year on year. Is this shortsighted and counterintuitive, and have we been trained in HR to present a reductive value proposition?
