It can be easy to overlook the tangible ways the hybrid work model can help you. In this lesson, I'll guide you through adopting a hybrid model and show you how it can benefit your organization. First, it improves productivity. This comes from increased autonomy to choose work hours and location. Some people may have fewer interruptions at home than in the office. And let's not forget about the ability to now repurpose our commuting time. Next to consider is the reduction in overhead costs.
