- Let's talk about organizational culture. Now, I hear you out there. You're probably thinking hold on a second. I thought this was going to be about enterprise analysis. What's that have to do with culture? I want you to stick with me because the truth is there is a huge alignment between your organizational culture and business needs, which then becomes critical to your enterprise analysis efforts. So what is a business need? Well, we've defined business needs as those factors that cause your organization to take action. Those considerations could be financial. They could be social. They could be environmental, but it's something that causes your organization to sit up, take notice, and ultimately take action. So what is culture?
