We're going to be talking about engaging stakeholders, but I think we should start with identifying who they are. - Exactly, so you're going to want to engage these stakeholders to help you identify the requirements of the project and to help you move that project forward and make it become a success. But you won't always know who those stakeholders are, so you're going to have to do a little bit of work as a project manager to identify them.
