Specifically, we're going to be jumping into organizational structures, so I'm really curious as to what that contains. - Well, your organizational structure is going to affect your resource availability, particularly your human resources, your team members. And so we need to understand organizational structures so that we understand the allocation of those team members and the power that the project manager has over those team members.
