And we're going to be talking about scheduling, but in this episode, I really want to talk about maintenance, 'cause we've got the foundation in our minds. But now how do we maintain? - Okay, so schedule maintenance occurs as project deliverables are completed. And for you, for this process, you, project managers, need to understand a couple of terms. The first term that we want to talk about is contingency reserves. Now a contingency reserve is any amount of time that may be padded into the schedule.
