Building secure and efficient GitHub workflows

Welcome to building secure and efficient GitHub Workflows. This is the introduction to the course. First up, my name is Noah Gift and I'm going to be your instructor. I have a background as a Duke Executive in Residence. This means that I teach cloud computing, data engineering, machine learning operations, and I'm also the author of ten technical books. So you're in great hands for this course. First up, we have in Section One, Authentication and Security: Ensuring Your GitHub Account's Integrity. We'll cover authentication and security. Also, how to secure your account with two-factor auth, understanding access permissions as well as enterprise managed users explained. In Section Two, we get into the administration. This includes configuring and managing repositories and organizations. This means that we'll talk about an intro to the administration. We'll also talk about enabling and disabling features, repository permission levels explained. Also, repository visibility options and security insights, collaboration, and we'll also work with members, teams, and rules inside of GitHub organizations. All right. We have a lot to cover. Let's go ahead and get started.
