Some topics have not been specific to Platform Products e.g. security, reliability, scalability... They are relevant for any Digital product. I would like to here more on the specifics e.g. vast types of users: internal, B2C, B2B. How do you manage priority having in mind 10y strategy goal? How do you map down strategy to operational, yearly goals and thus priority? Do you do that by use cases, by users, by functionality? That would be some of the specifics to complexity of a Platform that I would like to hear more about.
