IBM Bob Integrates with Palo Alto Networks for Early Security Protection

As secure-by-design principles become essential, IBM Bob is strengthening software development security. By integrating with Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma AIRS, developers and enterprises gain protection early in the lifecycle. By shifting security left, Bob helps enterprises to: 🔍Catch vulnerabilities early ⚡️Fix issues faster 🔐 Monitor AI behavior With this new approach, enterprises can move from reactive patching toward proactive defense against threats like prompt injection and data poisoning. The interesting shift here isn’t the IBM-Palo Alto pairing. It’s that AI security is finally moving from “after deployment” to “before the first line ships.” I’ve seen this gap blow up CI/CD pipelines in ways teams only noticed months later. Bob closing that gap changes the whole failure surface for enterprise AI.
