Thrilled to be joining the lineup of speakers at this year's Maine HR Convention, hosted by Strategic HR U.S. in Rockport, Maine from May 6-9, 2024. We're redefining HR together at the beautiful Samoset Resort! Speaking at last year's convention was a great experience and allowed me to reconnect with my teaching roots while forging new connections within the local HR community. I'm excited to take on a more active role this year by co-leading a pre-event webinar for the HR Basics cohort and facilitating sessions for the highly favored HR Basics track. Over the course of two days, our cohort will delve into key areas such as onboarding, performance management, collaborative decision-making, and employment law. These topics encompass a broad spectrum of comprehensive HR discussions, providing participants with invaluable insights into the field.
