There is no denying that #StartUps are indeed helping to hasten the pace and scale of innovation. We've all seen how multinational conglomerates and big OEMs must be faster, shed their legacy systems, and slow innovation. But at the same time, I can't entirely agree that #AI will completely replace a human if AI now has a voice. For years now, we've been automating many #CustomeSupport processes, infusing efficiency and cost reductions with AI improvements. Chatbots make recurring query resolution easier, and VoiceBots provide critical information. Humans will never be replaced; only the positions will evolve from doing things to "Managing and Training" new models and LLM, and we must adapt to that change. A 100% regressive model that self-learns customer service data is theoretically and practically impossible! It's not like having an AI Bot playing chess; it goes through all permutations and achieves a "Super Human" Intelligence; in Customer Service, there is a limitation of regressive data, so much effort in the next few decades will have to go into training these models. Technology is evolving, and humans have to evolve with it; those who don't catch up will get left behind, sadly!
