I'm someone who retrained during covid to change careers, but I don't see how I can access this resource and learn while I work. I was quite excited about it when I received this in my inbox, because it said 'free resources to learn and grow', but it's only for a very specific demographic. It would be nice if it was available for older people like myself who started the dev journey later in life. I hear a lot of talk about diversity and inclusion, sadly this isn't an example of that.

i just want to know if your a self-taught can you be able to access GitHub student development program?

I'm currently using this really GitHub education feature that is very helpful for every developer, there are also copilot, code spaces and other education resources.
