12 months ago, I made the decision to rejoin Tenth Revolution Group after meeting with Paul Hanley and James Liley , and what a year it has been! This morning, to celebrate and affirm what a big 12 months it’s been, I took a moment before starting my day of meetings and events in Sydney to walk down and take in the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. A far cry from Wakefield, where my journey really began! From day one, I’ve felt the energy, support, and camaraderie that make this organization special. It hasn’t been all highs—no journey worth taking ever is—but what stands out to me is the way this team celebrates wins, tackles challenges, and fosters a culture where everyone feels valued. I’m truly grateful to be part of an organization that I believe in and that also believes in me.
