If you haven't had a look through the PLOS Open Science Indicators (powered with help from DataSeerAI), I'd encourage you to do so - there's comparison data, not just PLOS journals, and many ways slice and digest the data, for example an institutional review. The Open Science Indicators are a great way to compare your own journals over time to, and assess if journal policies around open data and open research are improving and compliance to funder mandates.
