Happy Administrative Professional's Day Briana! Super grateful for all that you have done over the last 4+ years. Your superpower is not only your incredible singing talent but also your ability to make our org run so smoothly! Thank you for always being patient, going with the flow, and being there for me. We've been through so much together over the last few years. We're also lucky to work with amazing EA's across the org. Shoutout to Kellie, Muna, Jordan, Katherine, Kimber, & Krystle. 🎉

Delivering results by taking ownership, believing anything is possible, and working collaboratively with people.
Collaboration is key to getting things done.

This is a quick reminder that your worth and value are not tied to your awards, accomplishments or accolades. You were born worthy and valuable, and you have nothing to prove. Everything you've achieved and everything in between is EVIDENCE of how amazing, brilliant, capable and incredible you are. Imagine how different our lives can be if we lived accordingly. If we lived to have adventures, to play, find joy, challenge ourselves, learn, grow and actually enjoy our lives. Imagine the collaboration and community we could have if we released the need to compete and compare. Imagine the room it'll give for happiness and love. And it all begins with you knowing you are already worthy and valuable. Because you are. (Photo by Jordan Kines)

We're proud to celebrate the amazing individuals who make Uniplural a success. We're shining a spotlight on Angie Decesare, our Operations Executive. 1. What is your role and how long have you been working at Uniplural Group? I work as the Operations Executive for Services and Hospitality and I've been working here for the past 9 months. 2. What do you enjoy the most about your role? There are several things that I enjoy in this role, meeting different people, different challenges and most of all the finishing product after our service (the before & after result 😊 ) 3. What strength do you feel like you bring into your role? I believe that my determination, never giving up mentality and past experiences in other industries help me a lot in making decisions and keeping up with the daily running of the sectors. 4. How would you describe yourself in just three words? Determined, team player and proactive. 5. What are your hobbies during your free time? Besides having some good quality time with my family, outdoor activities with my daughter, long walks with my very energetic dog 😊 and a nice action movie are the things that I look for during my free time. 6. What’s something that you’ve always wished to do / What is something you are looking forward to? Travelling and visiting different countries was always one of the things that I loved to do. Meeting different people and experiencing different cultures has always intrigued me, but since I have a dog, now my wish list is to travel by car to different countries together with my family and of course my 4 legged family member.

Happy Pride Month Everyone. Our founder, Sarah Garrett's tips for a successful Pride month: 1. Spread love, peace and positivity Let's try! We are in a tough world right now, so anything less than treating people with respect and kindness is pretty shameful! 2. Be inclusive We may all have different views or be on different parts of many journeys, but we can influence progress better by working together. 3. Ignore the haters and especially cancel culture Hate is not effective in creating progress. Our community is continuously fighting, and now each other more than ever. We are destroying ourselves and our common goals!! Time to change all that. 4. Listen to learn We can all broaden our perspectives, understand difference, and different view points, and maybe learn something new on the way. Times are ever evolving and this is the only way we will catch up. 5. Work together Build networks. The sum of the parts and all that... Find people who share common goals and work with them. Let me know your thoughts... We will be launching our #PridePurposeProgress campaign this month, celebrating the hard work and what we've achieved by doing all of the above.

HOW BEING SHY IS HURTING YOU -People take advantage of you. -Extra work gets pushed to you. -Hard to build connections. -You get underpaid and overworked. -People value your time less. -Colleagues take you for granted. -Harder to build a reputation. -Less likely to get promoted. -Your efforts go unrecognized.

As part of my coaching practice and speaking with individuals regularly, it strikes me that we often carry our bad life experiences around with us for years or even a lifetime. This article about celebrating our successes is a reminder of how important self-recognition truly is.
