Hossein Rahnama, RTA Media Production professor and director of The Creative School’s Creative AI Hub, presented a pioneering research paper co-authored with a Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor at the IEEE High Performance Computing Conference. The paper focuses on an emerging area in AI called Perspective-Aware Computing which lets people see and interact through someone else’s point of view—without needing a centralized program to guide them. The research explores whether AI can help us understand others and walk in each other’s shoes. By using a new kind of AI that builds personalized profiles based on what a person does online.
