Here are 5 simple tips that would kick start a collaborative mindset at work. 💎 Fill up our sentences with more 'we' than 'me/I'. 👍 💎 Double stack your questions, by putting an additional question at the end of the first question for eg, what do you think about that? any other suggestions? 😎 💎 Put our ego down each time we speak to our team. like all the time! you get more buy ins that way. 🤠 💎 Highlight on some of the positives that we have achieved and discuss on issues with the view of improving. It always works! ☑️ 💎 No one left behind mind set.
