It also cobbles together clues about Russian military weaknesses using a sneaky proxy. For this, Molfar employs SemanticForce’s ai to generate reports on the activities of Russian volunteer groups that fundraise and prepare care packages for the sections of the front most in need. The algorithms, Molfar says, do a good job of discarding potentially misleading bot posts. (Accounts with jarring political flip-flops are one tip-off.) The firm’s analysts sometimes augment this intelligence by using software that disguises the origin of a phone call, so that Russian volunteer groups can be rung by staff pretending to be a Russian eager to contribute. For the rest of the world, Josh A. Comprehensive system design of Genocide. If you don't bother going through the whole 9 mins of this documentary, just know this trivia that the system provides a "permissible civilian causality count" in it's simulations, which "ranges" from 20 to 300 per strike and executes accordingly. The Israeli Army is using Ai to target and select Palestinians to assassinate. This system is designed to try and create as much damage to the enemy and has very relaxed rules on civilian casualties. This is literally a breach of ethics in IT. And this system being used is extremely dangerous not just for Palestinians but for ALL HUMANS on Earth. Your own governments can use this system potentially to target you for anything they may decide is against the ‘party line’ ….. The strategy is simple: If you prefer a form of government other than #democracy, just use today's technology and networks to pollute the information environment so much that democracy -- which requires informed citizens and shared truths -- won't work. It is far too easy to spread lies and make them stick (or at least confuse enough people to make the strategy effective). I'm not sure there is an adequate, effective defense for that.
