Alternative Designs for Device A

Device A Alternative 1
Functioning box batteries, preset Arduino chip, motor,
mouse printed circuit board.
In order to turn to certain angle, preset Arduino chip will
command to rotate one of the rear wheels and stop the
other rear wheel. The front wheel will rotate together with
their connected rear wheel.
After moving to the pre-set location, the spring launcher on
the arm throws the load towards the platform B.
Device A Alternative 2
Functioning Box consists of batteries, preset Arduino chip,
motor, mouse printed circuit board.
In order to control the direction, the wheel is rotated left
and right command from the preset Arduino chip. The
distance travelled is observed by the mouse sensor.
Once it reaches the bucket, it will hit the bucket. This will
trigger the switch and stop the motion, follow by lifting the
load up by motor through a string and transfer the load into
the bucket through the bridge.
Alternative Designs for Device B




Device B Alternative 1
The transfer load successfully sits on the hole which its
weight triggers the coil spring. Coil spring rotates the gear
system by a belt. Rotary rope climber raises the platform to
the top while the rubber/friction lace lining prevent the
platform from sliding down
Device B Alternative 2
The transfer load falls to the crater and it presses onto the
lower plate, causing the tip to fall off from the rectangular
hole of upper plate. The loop hang that was originally
hanged on the tip falls and unloads the whole platform.
Originally, with the weight attached to the platform, it is
impossible for the helium balloon to raise the load up.
However after unloading the weight, the platform will
become lighter in weight and able to lift the platform to the
top gradually and stop at the stopper.
