ORDER

This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a final report by the Board of
Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline. On October 7, 2014, relator filed objections to
said report. On October 30, 2014, respondent filed a motion to permit respondent to appear via
counsel and argue at oral argument.
Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by the court that respondent's motion is denied
and respondent is prohibited from participating in oral argument.
