To resolve Java errors when using TeamSite: 1. Workarounds for Java errors in TeamSite

CORRECT VERSION OF JAVA (An error message saying that Java is not
available or cannot run)
Make sure that you have the most recent version of Java on your computer. To do
this, go to Control Panel and uninstall all instances of Java that you see there.
Then, go to [Link] and click the big red Free Java Download button.
Follow the prompts to install the latest version of Java on your computer.

SECURITY ERROR (An error message related to security permissions)


From your computers Start Menu, go to Control Panel
Search for Java
Double-click Java to open the Java Control Panel
Click the Security tab
Click the Edit Site List button

Go to [Link]
Navigate to the folder where you wish to import files and click the Import button
