Lab Report On Exercise

This lab report examines the effect of exercise on breathing rate. The hypothesis is that exercise will cause breathing rate to increase. The procedure involves measuring resting breathing rate, then breathing rate after light exercise like walking, and after more intense exercise like running. The results in a table show that breathing rate increased for all participants with more intense exercise. The conclusion is that the hypothesis was correct - exercise causes breathing rate to increase, with more exercise leading to a higher breathing rate.

Lab Report on Exercise & Breathing g
Rate
Aim-
To find
out if exercise affects your breathing rate.

Hypothesis-
I think if we
exercise more our breathing rate will turn out in
become faster and faster.

Materials Used-

• an Stopwatch
• an Pen

• an Paper
• area for warming up

• an Chair

• an Table
Procedure-
• sit on a stool and relax then start up with
counting your regular breathing rate. Count
how many times you breathe in a minute not
more then a minute.
• note down all recording on a piece of paper it

will be better if u make a table it will be simpler

for you.
• Walk in as much speed as you can, around the

open area u have for a minute or so.

• note down all recording on a piece of paper.

• Run around the open space for a minute or so.

• Then Sit on a chair and count how many times
you breathe in a minute. (do not just say any
no. you would like to pls say the proper one)
• you can Record all of this in a table.
Observation-
The different was there between the three of us because
there must be problem or some mistake in all three of us.
And even the body maters if u are a sporty person your
breathing rat will go up faster then other because you are
use to it.
my observation is given in the table bellow

names Resting
(Breathing
After Light Exercise
(Breathing Rate
Rate)

sonny 65 72
Raj 61 68
akansha 65 65
Conclusion-
My
fallout show that my breathing rate is getting higher and
higher as I warm up my body so the breathing rate
increases. Also I to say that my breathing rate is normal
not more not less. This lab proves us that the hypothesis
is as mark. The overall thing is that the more exercise u
do the breathing rate go higher and higher.
