The COM port is used to transfer the flash
loader to the phone.
you can select the maximum transfer
speed OptiFlash will use to communicate
with the phone. However, OptiFlash will
use a slower speed if either the PC’s or the
phone’s serial hardware is incapable of
handling the selected speed.

Check Erase all unused regions
When this option is enabled, all regions in memory
that are not overwritten by the contents of the SRE
file to be loaded, and are not listed as reserved
regions, are erased (i.e. filled with 0xff).
If Unchecked this box maybe it’ll occur problem.
(ex : no boot, delete some data, download fail etc)
