Assignment 6

While some oppose same-sex classes, there is evidence they provide benefits especially in middle school. Separating boys and girls may yield more positive results by allowing each gender to gain confidence without competing with the other. Girls are more creative and risk-taking as adults from this experience, while boys feel less inferior when not compared to girls and are more receptive to learning. Same-sex classes also provide a better learning environment by reducing distractions between genders so each can focus more on schoolwork.
