Frontispiece
Frontispiece generally appears in long reports. It is a sort of window display which
aims to ignite the curiosity of the reader. It may include maps, organization chart,
photograph related to the report, etc.

Title Page
The following are the contents which should be included on a title page:
The title
Subtitle (if any)
Authors name and designation
Name and address of authority for whom the report is prepared
Serial number if it is in series
Project number (if applicable)
Date of completion
Approvals and distribution list (if applicable)
