invitation of tender for supply of furniture asked only for particular brand namely
godrej ,so we were given task of finding legal provision as to whether there is
legal provision against asking of particular brand in its tender by government
subsidiaries ,so as per our instruction we researched various literature on
government tenders and various case laws ,and had analysis general financial
rules and government contract rules and cottage and small scale industry
protection rules that have rule against asking of particular brand by government

subsidiaries ,also there was other legal issue was involved regarding object clause
of AOA of petitioner co. as the tender was composite and petitioner co. mentioned
only furniture relating work in its ,so after detailed research we were taught
drafting writ petition.
