POINTS TO CONSIDER
1. All participants are required to bring a valid government ID (ex: drivers license,
passport) and a valid college id. Also bring your laptop, and any hardware you wish
to use in your hackathon. Internet connection will be provided at the campus.

2. You should anticipate arriving by 9:30 AM Saturday, 3rd September and leaving
after 5 PM on Sunday, 4th September.
3. We will provide shuttle to and from Huda city metro station. Please make sure to
reach Huda city metro station maximum by 9.00 AM.
4. Free food (and beverages) will be available at the event.
5. We will provide lodging at our campus only.
6. As it is a 24 hours hackathon, it will start at on Saturday, 3rd September, 11 AM
and will end on Sunday, 4th September, 11 AM.

7. Code-N-Counter winners will be selected by a panel of judges (Judges). All


decisions by Nagarro regarding selection of teams for the final offline round shall be
final and binding.

TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT
We will offer to pay (to and fro) the cost of travel of AC 3 Tier / AC 3 Tier tatkal by train in
full from anywhere in India to Delhi (not applicable for participants from Delhi/NCR). You
will be required to fill a travel reimbursement form on the day of hackathon.
1. Please make sure to bring your receipts on the day of Hackathon. Please ensure that
your receipts clearly show the amount (in rupees) and the travel date. Cropped or
edited receipts will be rejected.
2. We cannot reimburse travel by taxi/cab or any first class travel.
3. We ask that all travel is booked as far in advance as reasonably feasible to make
sure you get the cheapest fare possible.
4. We will transfer the travel expense in your bank account, within 2 weeks of
providing the receipts.
