Remarks

1. The LD % will be decided at the time of Commercial Negotiation.


2. Percentage of LD mentioned in the above table means % of the
maximum LD for Non fulfillment of Guarantee Figures Fixed in the
Contract.
3. Penalty against rejection of any performance parameter will be decided
at the time of Commercial Negotiation.
