Prosecutor: The State offers the following pieces of evidence and their
corresponding purposes.
Exhibit A, A-1,A-2, A-3,A-4, Joint Affidavit of Arrest of PO2 Philip J. Pines

and PO2 Jerame A. Arreza , consisting of 3 pages and dated January 30, 2017.
Purpose: Exhibits A to A-4 are being offered for the purpose, to prove the fact that
the arresting officers conducted the buy bust operation and the arrest was valid.
Objection: We object to the purpose/s of this evidence that there was a belief that
the arrest was not valid.

Exhibit B and Exhibit C, Of the seized item (drugs) with the marking of EB
and EB 1.
Purpose: Exhibit B and Exhibit C are offered for the purpose, to prove the fact that
the seized item is the drug which is the subject matter of the case.

belong to the accused.

there was a buy bust operation and there occurred a sale if the subject illegal drugs.
Objection: We object your honor, on the ground that the said marked money was
not obtained from the accused.

dated January 19, 2017 and signed by Police Inspector Phamela Bergavera.

the two sealed plastic sachet is illegal drugs and such will be the basis in filing
appropriate case/s against the suspect.

the money used in the buy bust operation will be using in apprehension of
suspected illegal drug personalities.

the accused Mr. Tom Lemuel Sumaway is positive to the methamphetamine
hydrochloride which is a dangerous drug.
Objection: We object your honor, on the ground that the accused didnt take any
drugs.

sachets, consisting of 1 page, dated January 19, 2017 and signed by Dr. Oliva Cecil

that seized item contains methamphetamine hydrochloride which is a dangerous
drug.

ultraviolet fluorescent powder on the hand of the accused Tom Lemuel Sumaway.
