A lawyer writes a demand letter on behalf of their client, requesting that the recipient vacate a parcel of land they have been unlawfully occupying. The letter states that the continued occupation is illegal and harmful to the client's interests, and demands that fence posts be removed and the property vacated. It warns that legal action will be pursued if the demands are not promptly met.

RE: DEMAND LETTER TO VACATE

SIRS:

I am writing to you at the request of my client in connection with your unauthorized

possession of the above-mentioned parcel of land.

It has come to my clients attention that you have been unlawfully occupying its property.

Please be advised that your continued occupation of my clients property without its
consent is illegal and prejudicial to its interests.

Thus, I am making this legal demand for you to remove the said fence posts and
peacefully vacate Lot.

Please make the necessary arrangements and delivery of the subject property; otherwise, I
would be constrained to initiate necessary legal action to protect the interests of my
client.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the
expense and inconvenience of litigation.
