Subject :K to 12 Early Registration For SY 2018 – 2019

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 25 s. 2017 (School Calendar for SY 2017 – 2018,
Enclosure No. 1 page 4), this Office reiterates the Early Registration for
Kindergarten to Grade 6 on January 27, 2018 to February 28, 2018.

2. In line with this, all Grade Leaders and Master Teachers are required to submit
reports using Enclosure No. 1 in hard and soft copies. The soft copy shall be sent
to our Facebook group page Tatak DJAL while the hard copy shall be submitted
thru the guidance section.

3. PTA officials and SPG officers are requested to join the said activity with proper
coordination with this Office.

4. Wide dissemination of and compliance to this Memorandum is desired.
