1. Junior Consultant
Job Description
 Plan and manage the project

 Produce a high quality reports in timely manner
 Delivering the expected deliverables and achieve designated outputs/outcomes within agreed timeline
and budget frame
 Implement monitoring and internal evaluation of the project
 Manage, develop and sustain effective communication and working relations with stakeholders, Funding
Partners, Government representatives and other key parties
 Ensuring that the project’s objectives are achieved and a universally positive impression of the Company
is maintained
 Ensuring the project is on track, well-implemented and deliver all expected deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in any field

 Have 0-3 years of experience in consultancy and developmental field
 Possess strong analytical and problem solving skill
 Preferably have experience working in consultancy or collaborating with third-party organisations,
especially in the NGO and government sector
 Experience of developing and presenting high quality papers, presentation, reports to relevant
stakeholders
 Experience of coordinating work remotely via email, video conferencing and phone
 Engaging personality, confident in dealing with people at all levels and ability to
 influence
 The ability to juggle a wide range of activities, prioritise own workload, deal with conflicting demands and
meet tight deadlines
