Sir,

That the Caveator/Respondent herein are advised that the Non-

Caveator/Appellant is likely to file an appeal seeking interim

measures of protection in connection with the final judgment dated

October 13, 2017 passed by the Ld. Additional District Judge-01,

Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in CS No. 58288 of 2016 titled

“Natraj Khanna & Anr. v. Narender Nath Khanna & Ors.” and

attempt to seek interim orders therein by moving an appropriate

application for interim directions.

That the Caveator/ Respondent herein has a right to appear before this

Hon’ble Court on the hearing of such Suit /interim applications as

may be filed. The Caveator/Respondent herein submits that the


present application is being filed without prejudice to its rights to

contest the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court if and when a suit is

filed, as set out hereinabove.

THEREFORE LET NOTHING BE DONE IN THE ABOVESAID


MATTER WITHOUT NOTICE TO THE UNDERSIGNED.
