Instruction for AMV Convert Tool

This tool is used for converting video file to AMV format which can be played
by our MP3 & Mp4 player ， there are several video file formats that can be
converted as following：

1） AVI format file with the Expansion name of avi；


2） Windows Media format file with the Expansion name of asf、wmv；
3） MPEG1 format file with the Expansion name of mpg、mpeg；
4） Realplay format file with the Expansion name of rm；
5） Quicktime format file with the Expansion name of mov；
6） MPEG2 format file with the Expansion name of vob；

Operating System：Windows98、Windows Me、Windows2000、Windows XP。


This player supports AMV format, video files can only be played unless
they are converted to AMV format.
To use this AMV Convert tool, please make sure that your PC has
installed the Window Media player 9.0 and Direct X9.0. You can find the
software from the enclosed Disk.
1: Insert the enclosed Disk to your pc and install
by the following step:

a. Disk:\ AMV Convert Tool :\(Click) Media player 9.0, follow the Auto
installation guide to install until finish, then Exit.
b.(click) Direct X9.0，\(click) DXSETUP，follow the Auto installation guide to
install until finish, then Exit and reset your pc.
c.(Click) AMV convert tool\ AMVTOOL\(click )SETUP, follow the Auto installation
guide to install until finish, then Exit.
d.(Click) Decoding tool for rm vob mov \ mpcsetupnew\ mpcsetupnew\ follow
the Auto installation guide to install until finish, then Exit
e.(Click) Decoding tool for rm vob mov \ cr-WinAVIVideoConverter\ setup\,
follow the Auto installation guide to install until finish, then Exit.
f.(Click) Decoding tool for rm vob mov \Avpack-2004Deluxe\ Avpack-
2004Deluxe\, follow the Auto installation guide to install until finish, then Exit.
2: Follow: Start\Program\MP3 Player Utilities 3.5.02\AMV convert tool, and you
come to the AMV video convert tool operating menu as following. (Press the
help icon to see the detail)
After running the Tool，you can import video file by click the icon from
the right
Side and come to the following dialog box：choose the video files that you want
to convert.
Choose the file type by the right icon in the File Type column and the file ,
(attention: you should choose the corresponding file, for example if you choose

WAV file, the file type should be


which is corresponding to WMV file. Otherwise, there will have some fault like no
sound when playing the converted file by our Mp3 player) ，click “OPEN” button
after you choose single or multiple files correctly.
Click “Export folder” and choose the export file saving path. Usually you can
save the converted file directly to your player.
Click “Setup” button to choose the screen size (For 1.5 inch screen player,
please choose 128*128; for 1.8 inch screen player, please choose 160*120)
Click “Start” to convert。
After converting, put the converted file to your player, and you can enjoy the
video file by your Mp3/mp4 player.

Suggestion：Please choose legal VCD/DVD and short video file from NET for
converting，do not use file from compressing Disk like DVCD ect.
