Introduction
Colgate requires that 100 percent of salary and clerical employees complete the Code of
Conduct training each year, with all additional employees completing the course every
other year. The Code of Conduct training reinforces Colgate’s commitment to respecting
workers’ human rights, fair labour practices, and protection of the environment. Training
is mandatory and is linked to compensation for certain employee populations
