provide details if the plugin will need to be modified to accommodate for the clients requirements.

Key Assumptions
1. All web solutions developed by us will be based on:
 Implementation on our Content Management System
 Industry standard 1024 by 768 pixel display setting
 Site to be compatible with Internet Explorer 7.0+, FireFox, Chrome, Windows and MAC
3. The Client will provide all required content and content translations, unless defined otherwise in this SOW
4. All graphics designs, images, artwork etc. will be provided by the Client. Any graphical assets developed by
us will be at extra cost and invoiced to the Client.
5. Domain procurement costs will be invoiced to the Client at our cost if required

Development-Based Fees

The Client will be invoiced for project-based fees as follows:

- 50% of the total project cost will be invoiced and is payable immediately upon signing of this Statement of Work
- 50% of the total project cost will be invoiced and is payable upon successful completion and implementation of the
client website
- Applicable taxes are not included in the fees shown and will be invoiced as appropriate

Hosting Fees:

The Client will be invoiced for software licensing / hosting and platform support / maintenance fees as follows:

- license / hosting fees are invoiced quarterly in advance, payable on the 1st calendar business day of the quarter
- Applicable taxes are not included in the Fees shown and will be invoiced as appropriate
- License fees provide Licensees with the right to use our platform on a hosted SaaS ("Software-as-a-Service") basis
- The license does not include any rights to the platform technology and any copying, reverse engineering or use of the
platform other than as specifically defined in an approved License Agreement are strictly prohibited

Fees

License fees include full multiple seat Administrative access to the base
Business Bundle CMS.
License license fee for up to 2 concurrent Admin seats (no restriction on number of
non-Admin external users) .
