KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, made and executed on July 26, 2019 by and between:

WHEREAS, the Assignor has decided to ASSIGN, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the
Assignee her entire shares;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED


PESOS ONLY (P6,300.00), Philippine Currency, the receipt of said amount is hereby
acknowledged, the Assignor do hereby ASSIGN, CONVEY and TRANSFER unto the Assignee her
shares of stock with ______________________________.

THAT, the Assignee does hereby accept this assignment.
