Figure 1 depicts the framework of the qualitative data the researchers


gathered. Night shift duty employees in the service industry were divided in to level of
stress, level of emotional behavior and relationship level of stress and level of emotional
eating to find the raze of the respondents gender, civil status and field of work.
Furthermore, the result have an equal level of respondents and for their stress level,
emotional eating behavior and relationship between level of stress and level of emotional
eating tend to be different, distinctive and diverse.

Two programs are proposed for the knowledge and understanding of Stress level

and Emotional Eating Behavior. First is the understanding of indications and basis of

behaviour and factors resulting in stress level and emotional eating behaviour which is

facilitated by a hired guidance counselor, a registered Psychologist or HR incharge. The

activities that will be done is a seminar about the so called behaviour with a duration of

1.5 to 2 hours with the assignment of time-bounded individual or group homework

regarding the lectures.


The second program is the determination the employees on his/her stress level

and emotional eating behavior through therapy sessions which is conducted by a

Registered Psychologist, guidance counsellor or HR in charge in hopes of helping said

night shift duty employees in the lessening/treatment in the presence of the said

behaviour.

CONCLUSION
7. The information on proposed programs may help in improving the level of

stress and emotional eating behavior among night shift duty employees in

the service industry and furnish, conduct more seminars and understanding

in how they can develop and have more knowledge about handling their

stress level and emotional eating behaviour.

7. The proposed intervention program that may help the woman in their

menopausal is an seminar and talks from the expert that can help them to

lessen the things that they are worrying and be mindful to the things that

they must need to know.

RECOMMENDATION

5. The proposed program may be evaluated by guidance couselors,

psychologist and HR administrators is the survey, exams and the proofs of the

employees before implementing a group talk and seminars for the employees.
6. It is a big help for the organization and for the experts that they my know that

there is a lot of woman which is in their middle age are suffering towards

menopausal it is a step that the society or the upper management may consider

in expressing the relation of resilience, quality of life and attitude toward

menopause of middle- aged woman.

by Mae Rose Fulgencio and Maria Arra Eiella Dela Cruz of the Lyceum of the Philippines
