In line with our preparation for the start-up of Fairway Terraces, we would like to request for a
Cash Advance amounting to THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 30,000.00). The said cash
advance will be used to cover expenses for the application of permits such as Barangay
Clearance, Business Permit, Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Community Tax
Certificate, transportation expenses, and other processing expenses.
