Many organizations provide Canteen as an additional subsidized facility to
their employees as a welfare measure. The usage of the canteen by the
employees depends on many factors like centralized food distribution center
with swift and simplicity in operations. CMS design provides a user friendly
system that facilitates quick and efficient operations to cover larger section of
employees within a specified time.
CMS is paperless and has almost cashless transactions. This system is also
compatible in an environment where multiple caterers operate in a closed
environment or at multiple locations.
We done much site survey & come with following observation:
Peak Hour Crowd Count – 2000 to 3000 Persons
Maximum crowd at Meal Counter
Problems faced in Managing and handling the cash
Problems faced in keeping material records for stores and making a
projection for buying a material
Problems faced in working out for each stall as a cost centre.

Proposed System feature & Process Flow –
Each and every employee/user will be having a Proximity card (multipurpose
card) it will be a contactless card. It also used for access control.
The User will show the card to the device where in our POS will recognize the
user as a valid team member of your company and will allow him to punch
the order.
There won't be any cashier. The user himself/herself will punch
the transaction.
On the Main Menu there will be a button, where the user will touch the same
to order for him.
As soon as he touches the button on the screen, a coupon would be
printed out and subsequently he can pick up the food.
End of the day our team can know how many plates of food has been offered
and who are the people consumed the same.
Monthly/Fortnightly reports will also be there.
Cafeteria will be consisting of touch screen kiosk systems with all the
canteen menu loaded inside it
Kiosk is consisting of card reader, printer & touch screen system.
Comprehensive cafeteria management software is running over the system.
Admin has the control over complete software, where admin can handle

75% payment is required with order placement.
Remaining 25% will be provided at the time of installation.
We need open order for 100 qty to match above pricing & delivery will
be partly done with minimum 5-6 qty after advance payment.
Any change to signed-off requirement document will be termed as
Changed Request (CR) and it will be considered out of scope for above
mentioned pricing.
Installation at site will be charged extra.
Estimates for CR will be presented separately by Unicus.
Unicus will not be responsible for any Operating system crash, hardware
failure or virus attack on system machines.
Onsite training of 6 hours will be provided by Unicus expert to professionals
or User team.
Necessary cabling, civil & network will be provided by Client professionals at
site if required.
