CONTEST COOKBOOK
SCHEDULE

Wednesday, the 25th December

Arrival of teams, Transportation, Accommodation at respective campus hostels

How to reach: Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore

Transportation:
• Site coordinators will take maximum efforts to arrange transportation from
nearby railway / bus stations.
• Participants can find the kiosk of volunteers are transportation locations
• Teams arriving by air shall arrange own transportation.
Accommodation:
• One room with 4 cot & mattress is allotted to each team
• Participants shall check the weather condition of each city in advance
• Bed sheet will be provided
• All our campuses are fully vegetarian.
• Alcohol consumption, smoking etc. is prohibited inside the hostels and campus
• Bring your own water bottles in order to reduce plastic consumption. No mineral
water will be supplied. Drinking water is made available in all key locations.
1200 – 1400 hrs
Lunch
1400 – 2100 hrs
Early Registration
• Registration in Baylor Site shall be complete before the onsite registration
• All the team members registered in the Baylor site shall be present. Teams with
less than 3 members is not allowed.
• Teams shall submit the print copies of 25 pages reference code at registration
desk
• Team members shall show the email invitation at the registration desk
• Institutional ID Proof is compulsory – Participants without proof will not be
permitted to participate in the contest.
• Contestant Kit – Backpack, T-Shirt, Amrita Brochure, Keychain, Laptop Sticker

Thursday, the 26th December

Late Registration
1000 – 1030 hrs
Inaugural Ceremony
1100 – 1230 hrs
Dress Rehearsal
• Teams shall check the computer and ensure that the environment is correct and
error free.
• No gadgets, electronic items are permitted
• Contact the volunteer to get any help
• Contest Environment – CodeForces
• C, C++, Python, Java documentation will be made available for the contest
• Contestants can request for the print copy of the code
• Water will be kept outside the
1230 – 1400 hrs
Lunch
1400 – 1500 hrs [broadcasted across 3 sites]

• Higher Education Opportunities abroad – talk by xxxxx from Prodigy Finance, in


association with Amrita Center for International Programmes.

1500 – 1800 hrs

• Beach trip (Amritapuri)


• Trekking (Coimbatore)
• City Visit (Bengaluru)

1930 – 2130 hrs

• Banquet Dinner

Friday, the 27th December


0700 – 0830 hrs
Breakfast
0815 – 0845 hrs
Teams enter the contest arena
• Team members shall wear ID Cards
• Team members shall wear ICPC T-shirts
• No gadgets/electronic items are allowed
• Notepad & pen will be distributed
• Coffee mugs will be placed near the workstation

0845 – 0855 hrs

• Teams login to the computers and report issues, if any

0900 – 1400 hrs


ICPC Asia Amritapuri Site Regional Contest 2019 on Codeforces platform
• One set print copy of question papers will be distributed to each team after
09 15 hrs
• Drinking water & snacks will be kept outside the contest arena
1400 – 1500 hrs
Mini lunch
1530 – 1630 hrs [broadcasted across 3 sites]

• Session by judges & problem setters


1630 – 1730 hrs [broadcasted across 3 sites]

• Award Ceremony [Top 10 teams to be awarded]
