truth. And work with bravery. And see the all option that I have and then chose the
right option and solve the problem and ambiguity.
Emotional intelligence (EI) refers to a person's ability to empathize with others. This
includes your ability to identify, evaluate, control, and express emotions as well as the
ability to perceive and assess others' emotions.
The good thing about EI, according to the author of Emotional Intelligence, Daniel
Goleman, is that it is a not an inborn trait; you can learn to be more emotionally
intelligent with practice.
These are the emotions that we are understand our emotions in positive and negative.
Like anger is usually associated with being a negative emotion.
If I am suffer a lot of things and ways then we understand and measure our emotions and
handle the emotions and take the right decisions. Explore the world try to do the right
things. Dominant over fear and take a hard step and move on. Take on the decision not on
the bases of emotions bases on merit what is right and recognize the path.
My leadership style is servant leadership. Servant leadership where leader lead the
team and take the work from employees and behavior with the employees are
friendly. That type of environment provided where they do their work easily
willingness to work. Where employees has the power given suggestion what next
step should be? Given authority to employee where he take decision in particular
field or groups. I carefully watch then to make sure they are performing task
properly. I check in once in a while and let them know that I am available if they
need that.
I leave them alone. They know more about their job that I do. Motivate the
employees and care the employees and encourage the employees and access the
employees to participate the policy making and decision making. Rules should be
made and employees knows about rules and criteria defined of rewards and
punishments. Environment provided to the employees. Servant leadership is the
best leadership.
