At the meeting of the Coop Officers held on October 3, 2019, at which meeting a majority of the Board of
Directors were present and acting throughout, the following resolution was unanimously approved and
adopted:

“RESOLVED, that the COOP accepted the application of four new members whose
names appear in the list below as members of the cooperative.”
