FORMAL OFFER OF EVIDENCE

The Plaintiff, through the undersigned Public Prosecutor and unto this
Honorable Court, formally offers its documentary exhibits and object evidence
for admission, to wit:

Purpose:
To prove that the accused committed the crime

Exhibit B-1 Toxicological report from Zamboanga City Medical Center
Exhibit C Judicial affidavit of Dr. Rows Dy.

Purpose:
To prove that a physical examination was conducted on the
victim and found that she sustained fresh lacerations in the
hymen.
To prove that blood chemistry test was conducted on the
victim and result yielded positive for ketamine substance

Purpose:
To prove that a laboratory examination on a milk sample was
conducted and was found to have ketamine substance
contents

Exhibit F-1 Signature of Paulo Pacundo on the Judicial Affidavit
Purpose:
To prove that Mr. X was in the house of Miss A before,
during and after the crime was committed and on the
circumstances that transpired after Mr. X left.

With the admission of all prosecution’s evidence/exhibits, the


prosecution rests its case.
