Training Design PPST

This SLAC session aimed to reinforce teachers' understanding of RPMS assessment tools related to PPST. The session was held at Mt. View Elementary School with 22 teachers and the school head. It covered topics like the context and process of RPMS, understanding the tools and MOV, using COT in RPMS forms and portfolios, and using e-SAT results. The training was organized by a committee led by a Master Teacher and included three other teachers as facilitators.
